Speakee: Platform for French and English online classes
Speakee was born in 2020 during the COVID-19 crisis, when many parents were looking for educational resources to help their children who were studying at home and for themselves in their personal and professional developments.

Virginia, the founder of Speakee, holds a Bachelor’s degree in French literature, a Master’s degree from the University of La Rochelle, and has nearly 25 years of experience in the fields of education, studies, and sustainable development at governmental levels (in Monaco and France) and internationally. She has decided to utilize her skills to benefit children and their parents, students, and adults by offering online English and French courses.
Despite being a native French speaker, Virginia was exposed to English from the age of three by her mother, who had pursued university studies in English. This early exposure led Virginia to use English as a second native language.
From the age of 10, Virginia actively participated in “Summer Schools” at Wells Cathedral School in the United Kingdom. She lived and worked in Ireland for several years, worked in Ontario, Canada, and has been teaching English to various profiles for almost twenty years.
This is how Speakee was born in 2020.
Since then, Speakee has traveled a remarkable journey and has extensively opened its doors to international students from France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the U.S.A, Mexico, Costa Rica, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China, and more, providing education in both English and French for people of all ages.
Speakee has also supported numerous foreigners in learning French and English (foreign languages) for the purpose of obtaining language certifications. All our students have achieved scores higher than 91% in official tests. Speakee also assists students in preparing for entrance exams at prestigious schools or applying for jobs in France or abroad.
Between 2020 and 2024, Virginia, the founder of Speakee, has conducted over 5000 hours of online classes in English or French, catering to children, teenagers, adults, entrepreneurs, and scientists. Speakee helps children and teenagers strengthen their skills in both spoken and written English and French.
As for adults, Speakee supports them in their professional development, where proficiency in English and French is required (business English or French), or in the context of immigration processes (France, United States, Canada, United Kingdom), including the preparation of language certificates required by government authorities, or for entrepreneurial and scientific events such as meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Finally, Speakee actively supports French or American companies operating abroad, assisting their foreign employees in learning French or enhancing their English skills (companies like Hermès, Carrefour, Décathlon, Hourglass, etc.).
